What is the average class size?

At EA Principals we pride ourselves on having small class sizes so we can provide a one on one experience to enhance learning outcomes. On average our class sizes are between 5 - 15 students. For some of our classes, there may be students attending who are physically in the classroom and others that are attending through our virtual online learning platform.

I need to cancel my registration or defer my training to a later date, is this possible?
A 100% refund, minus a 2% processing fee, will be given to students who withdraw from an EA Principals class no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled start date. No refund will be given within 21 days of the published start date. Students missing a portion of a class due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be able to attend the next class on the same topic for the days missed, without an additional fee. Students need not re-register; however, they must notify EA Principals (by email training@eaprincipals.com or telephone), so the registration fee for the makeup class can be waived and class logistics provided.

Note: This refund policy does not apply if using special discount codes that have “no refund” specified in the usage instructions.

When are the courses generally confirmed?

We generally confirm a course 2 weeks prior to the start date. When you register for a training course that hasn’t yet been confirmed, we will contact you via email or telephone two weeks prior to the start date to confirm the course.

What if I register for a class and it doesn’t end up running?

On the odd occasion that you register for a class and it doesn’t end up running, you will be notified as early as possible and we will arrange for you to attend another upcoming course. If you are unable to attend another class, a 100% refund will be issued upon your request.
