Dr. Kevin Kreitman builds on over 20 years of experience in dramatically improvingorganizational effectiveness, spearheading creation of transformative enterprise architecture, and identifying and harnessing emerging technologies and process improvements in education, healthcare and government sectors; pioneering outstanding trainings, strengthening team performance, and negotiating among key stakeholders; and aligning technical activities with corporate objectives and policies to achieve the right outcomes for organizations and the customers and communities they serve. Dr. Kreitman holds a Masters' degree in Cybernetic Systems from San Jose State University, and a PhD in Advanced Technology (Systems Science/Industrial Engineering) from State University of New York at Binghamton. Her phenomenally successful and innovative teaching methods were presented to the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and she has presented at numerous conferences and professional meetings on topics ranging from healthcare quality improvement to transformational organizational management to the effective use of advanced technology in organizations.
She has practiced Enterprise Architecture for the past 15 years, in industry and government, and has hands-on experience with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF). She has been certified in Enterprise Architecture Planning (Spewak), MetaGroup Enterprise Architecture Methods (now incorporated into the Gartner EA Framework), as well as TOGAF. She is TOGAF 9.1 Certified, and currently teaches TOGAF 9.1 certification courses through EA Principals.
She holds additional certifications in Service Oriented Architecture (Zapthink), CMQ/OA (Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, ASQ), The Balanced Scorecard, Systems Architecture and Engineering, Service Oriented Architecture and Software Architecture and Quality Analysis.
Recently certified in Archimate, Enterprise and Solutions Architecture, FAIR (Factor Analysis for Information Risk), and she brings her passion for teaching and for creating effective organizations to these EA Principals courses as well. The metrics she uses for teaching effectiveness is how well her students do on certification exams and how well they can apply their knowledge in their work.
